• Refunds:

  • We don’t offer cash refunds for items purchased through our store, but we do provide store credit in the form of gift cards that are valid for 6 months.
  • There will be a pickup charge imposed on the customer due to the high logistics costs involved.
  • To create a return, contact us on whatsapp +91 8800150876 within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

Courier Charges:

  • In both returns and exchanges, courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

For Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was when it was shipped to you. The item must also be in its original packaging, unworn or unused with all tags still attached & seal unbroken and free of any signs of damage or defects.
  • To exchange an item you purchased, make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item and the exchange process may take up to 10-15 working days.
  • Products can only be exchanged once, and courier charges are to be borne by customer. (Pickup facility is available if pincode is serviceable – extra charges applied)
  • Note for Bras: Due to hygiene reasons, bras are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please choose your size carefully before placing your order.
  • If you have a complaint about a missing product or damaged shipment, unpackaging video is a must for us to track down the issue.
  • Comfort Club management reserves the final right to refuse a return or exchange request.
